Lead Carpenter

Responsibilities: This position servers as the on-site working manager of the project and is responsible for reading and interpreting plans, building the project, managing the materials and equipment, coordinating inspections, and controlling the project schedule and costs. Requirements: Excellent organization, problem solving and communication skills required. Must possess a high school diploma or GED, Five or more years experience in the remodel carpentry and demonstrated knowledge and experience in relevant construction trades. Must have valid drivers license amd truck. Must have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate, supervise, and work as a field team leader and production team member.
